Meet Tess
Tess is an experienced and professionally certified event planner and designer with over 10 years of experience planning weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout the Treasure Valley.
In addition to her work with Belle Vie Planning, Tess works full-time for a large master-planned community, where she oversees community events, resident experiences, and lifestyle programming. Her role involves everything from event development and budgeting to vendor management, logistics, and execution.
Throughout her career, Tess has worked with a variety of private and corporate clients and has received multiple awards for her work in design various events. Her background also includes leadership, communications, and project management, giving her a well-rounded approach to both the creative and operational sides of event planning.
Tess is known for being organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with a focus on creating events that are thoughtfully designed and professionally executed.
Outside of work, Tess is a wife and mom of three who enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and finding new creative projects to take on.
Meet Micah
Micah is Belle Vie’s primary planning partner and event assistant, working to coordinate and execute weddings events, and private celebrations throughout the Treasure Valley.
Micah assists with event preparation, vendor coordination, setup, and on-site logistics. She plays an important role in keeping events organized, managing behind-the-scenes details, and ensuring everything comes together as planned.
Beyond their professional partnership, Tess and Micah are longtime best friends, bringing a natural working dynamic, strong communication, and a shared understanding of what it takes to execute a successful event.
Outside of work, Micah is a proud mom to one daughter who keeps life fun and busy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, making memories, and finding reasons to celebrate life's special moments.
