Belle Vie is a full-service wedding and special event planning company based in the Treasure Valley. We believe the planning experience matters just as much as the event itself. The planning process at this business is rooted in creativity, communication, and intention. With an emphasis on design elements following both modern trends, and the client’s taste, we aim to perfectly match your style. Services we offer

Every wedding is unique, and so are our packages for you. We offer day-of coordination, partial planning, full planning, and destination wedding planning: as well a variety of add-on options to make your day uniquely yours.

Full Planning
$3,000.00

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice, to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

 

FULL PLANNING ESTIMATED TIMELINE:  9-12+ MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

 

Full Planning includes:

  • Venue selection and site visits

  • Vendor referrals and management 

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Budget assessment and oversight

  • Access to online planning software, Aisle Planner, with multiple contributors as requested

  • Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations,  color palette, and custom floor plans

  • Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor

  • Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and other decor

  • Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging 

  • Seating chart design *(as requested)

  • Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

  • Run rehearsal prior to wedding day

  • Event assistant on site day-of

  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

  • Coordinate send-off *(as requested)

  • Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client *(excluding tables and chairs, removal of food and/or event garbage)

Wedding Design Services
$300.00

Sometimes, we all just need a little help making our vision come to life. If you are stuck on aspects of your event, or just need some help choosing your décor and theme, let our nationally certified Wedding Designers help you design your dream day.

DESIGN TIMELINE:  4-12+ MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

 

  • Recommended vendor list *(as requested)

  • Custom, collaborative Pinterest board

  • Assistance with theme and décor selection

  • Custom Amazon shopping list with recommendations and fun-finds

  • Custom mood-boards throughout the planning process

  • Decoration and floor plan/layout assistance 

  • Other services as needed and discussed

 

DESIGN SERVICES START AT $300

Partial Planning
$2,000.00

This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, but includes assistance with the major aspects of the event. 

 

PARTIAL PLANNING ESTIMATED TIMELINE:  6-12 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

 

Partial Planning includes:

  • Vendor recommendations and management 

  • Contract review 

  • Budget management assistance

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party

  • Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

  • Creation of floor plans for wedding day

  • Event Assistant on site for guest counts over 150

  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

  • Coordinate send-off *(as requested)

  • Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client *(excluding tables and chairs, removal of food and/or event garbage)

 

Destination Wedding Planning
$2,000.00

We love destination weddings! If your dream wedding destination is somewhere foreign (bonus points if it’s tropical!), count us in! We’d love to support you during the planning process. We’ll utilize our extensive network of planners and vendors across the globe to help you plan the perfect wedding—whether you’re in Greece or Guatemala. Tess is a certified travel agent, which adds-in house perks to your booking at no additional charge.

DESTINATION WEDDING TIMELINE:  6-9+ MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Destination Planning includes:

  • Venue selection 

  • Vendor procurement and management 

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Budget assessment and management

  • Project checklist with to-do’s outlined

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party for wedding day.

  • Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day

  • (1) Event Assistant

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

  • Execute event day according to timeline 

  • Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

DESTINATION SERVICES START AT $2000 + TRAVEL EXPENSES

Day- Of Coordination
$1,200.00

Day-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves, but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

 

DAY-OF COORDINATION TIMELINE:  3 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

 

Day-Of Coordination includes:

  • Recommended vendor list *(as requested)

  • Layout assistance

  • Seating chart design *(as requested)

  • Vendor coordination, including day-of, and verifying information the month of the wedding

  • Timeline review and assistance

  • Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day

  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Ensure gifts are placed in the safe place of your choosing

  • Coordinate send-off *(as requested)

  • Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

 

DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICES START AT $1200

Add-On- Bach-Party Planning

Celebrate with a party that will have people saying, “I can’t wait for the wedding!” From details to travel and activity, all you’ll have to do is figure out what to wear as you show off your new bling

Bachelor and/or Bachelorette Party Planning has variable pricing dependent on need, starting at $300

Add-On Invitation & RSVP Management

We will assemble and stuff your invitations before returning them to you to double-check before mailing. We also offer RSVP management so that you have one less to-do on your list. Instead of putting your home address on the RSVP envelope, send them directly to us and we will keep track of your guest count and meal selection.
